SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the messaging program operated by Max Power Lead Solutions LLC.

Program Description and Message Types

With your optional consent, we may send conversational and transactional SMS messages regarding your inquiry, trial setup, appointments, scheduling updates, service updates, account updates, account notices, and customer support. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send occasional service offers, product updates, and promotions.

Optional Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to submit a form, request information, begin a trial, purchase services, or otherwise do business with Max Power Lead Solutions LLC. Transactional or conversational SMS consent and promotional or marketing SMS consent are separate choices.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services requested. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out and Help

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by the recipient’s mobile carrier and is outside the control of Max Power Lead Solutions LLC.

Age Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to use the mobile number provided to participate in the SMS program.

Privacy

We handle mobile information and SMS consent as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
