SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you choose to receive text messages directly from Max Power Leads. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Key disclosure: By providing separate, explicit SMS consent, you agree to receive recurring conversational and promotional text messages from Max Power Leads at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

1. Program description

Messages may relate to a trial request, onboarding, requested information, service updates, support, reminders, and Max Power Leads products or offers. The specific message purpose is described where you opt in.

Messages sent by an HVAC business or another Max Power Leads customer may be part of that business’s separate messaging program. That business is the sender of those messages and its terms and privacy policy may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is collected separately from general form submission or other consent. Checking an SMS consent box is not required to request a trial, make a purchase, or receive information by email or phone call.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out or notify us promptly.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interaction, requests, and the program. Max Power Leads does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opting out and getting help

STOP: Reply STOP to any Max Power Leads text message to opt out of that messaging program. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

We may also recognize other customary opt-out keywords where supported. Opting out of text messages does not prevent non-SMS communications that are otherwise permitted, such as replies by email.

5. Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 18 years old and have a U.S. mobile number with a supported carrier. Messaging availability may vary by carrier, device, location, and service provider. We may change or end a messaging program at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use replies to send unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or sensitive information that is not appropriate for ordinary business messaging. Do not use SMS for emergency requests. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service when immediate safety, health, life, or property is at risk.

7. Privacy

We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with providers that help deliver the messaging service, solely as necessary to provide it, or as required by law.

8. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If required, we will provide additional notice.
